Meet the Founder
I came to the U.S. in 2023 to study psychology at GMU and found myself building a life from scratch.
I attended events and met new people, but I was searching for something deeper than small talk. I longed for the kind of connection where people feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
It was through these experiences that I realized genuine connection is one of the most meaningful and fulfilling parts of life.

An intimate gathering for women to slow down, reconnect, and build meaningful connections. Through guided meditation, reflection, and deeper conversations, you’ll have space to step away from everyday stress and connect beyond small talk.
A cozy evening to get out of your head and into your hands. We’ll create something together, drink tea, slow down, and give our minds a break, no pressure, no skills needed, just a calming space to make, connect, and unwind.
Turn “I’ll do it someday” into actually doing it. Set clear monthly goals, break them into realistic steps, and stay accountable with a supportive group. We’ll check in, celebrate progress, work through what’s getting in the way, and keep each other moving forward.
Explore what you truly want, uncover the beliefs and patterns holding you back, and turn your vision into intentional action. I’ll share psychology-backed insights, practical tips, and manifestation techniques to help you gain clarity, shift your mindset, and start creating a life that feels like yours.
More than just talking about a book. We explore the psychology behind the stories: relationships, emotions, patterns, and human behavior, while sharing perspectives, meeting new people, and having conversations that make you think differently.
Personal Coaching Experience
Personal Coaching is a private 1:1 session designed to help you untangle what’s going on in your head, and get clear on what comes next.
We can work on: feeling stuck or unsure about your next step • personal goals • motivation & accountability • confidence • life transitions • habits & patterns • relationships with others • creating more balance and intention in your life
We’ll start by talking about what’s currently on your mind and what you’d like to get out of our time together. From there, I’ll help you explore it more deeply through questions, reflection, and practical exercises. You’ll leave with greater clarity and, when appropriate, concrete next steps to take after our session.

Is Noia & Co. therapy?

No. Noia events and coaching are wellness, educational, and personal-development experiences. They are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a replacement for care from a licensed mental-health professional.
Do I need any experience?

No. You don’t need experience with meditation, journaling, personal development, or anything else. Everything will be guided.

Whether you’re sitting in a women’s circle, discussing a book, creating something with your hands, or working toward a personal goal, there’s a deeper intention behind what we do.
